Q: If everything is anonymous, how can you provide your service? 


A: Well, we do require an email address for scheduling purposes. However, what email address you use is entirely up to you. In other words, if you want to create a new email address just for this, please feel free to do so. 


Q: How will the coach know who to see? 


A: Every client is assigned a unique client ID. This client ID is associated with the email address you provide. We are therefore, without knowing your identity, able to know if the right person meets with the right coach. 


Q: Do you receive any information from coaches about clients? 

A: No, absolutely not. Our coaches are bound by a code of conduct for confidentiality and so will never share sensitive, or identifiable information with us, or anyone else.  


Q: How do I know my coach won’t reveal my identity? 


A: All our coaches are bound by strict codes of confidentiality. In addition, we have conducted thorough vetting and checks with each coach prior to them becoming a part of Blue Rhythm. We recognise that trust is paramount. That is why we go to great lengths to ensure we only hire the most professional and qualified individuals. 


Q: Do I have to be on camera during my sessions with my coach? 


A: No. It is entirely up to you whether you want to turn the camera on or off. Do what makes you most comfortable. 


Q: Do I have to tell my coach my name? 


A: We recommend that you tell your coach your name. This makes for a more personable experience. Moreover, your coach will require an emergency contact, and so knowing your name would be necessary in certain scenarios. 


Q: What about emergency contacts, will my coach require this? 


A: As noted above, yes, emergency contacts are a necessary part of all our coaches jobs. The contact is kept securely by your coach, and is not shared with anyone. Our coaches collect emergency contacts as a precaution and for your safety, to be used only in emergencies.


Q: What security measures have you taken to protect my identity? 


A: We only have the email address you provided. This is linked with a randomly generated unique client ID. On our end, that’s it. We are therefore operating by the principle of ‘privacy by design’. Blue Rhythm collects only what is absolutely necessary in order to provide you with our services. 


This principle follows every digital aspect of our operations.

Your video-session is end-to-end encrypted, and whatever trace of a call taking place is deleted immediately following your talk with your coach. 


Privacy protection is of vital importance to us. We don’t want unnecessary information about you. By making sure we generate revenue from other activities, we guarantee that there is no need to harvest client data, or sell data to any third-party companies.
